Returns Policy
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. We may accept returns for Store Credit only. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 15 days from the date of delivery where the items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging.Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows:- If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy is, however, subject to the following:(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event of any goods/products delivered without tags
(b) Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
(c) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
(d) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Wherever possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
(e) All custom made orders are non-returnable.
(f) All early delivery orders will be considered as custom made.
(g) In case of any return/store-credit or alteration, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
(h) Once a customer emails us for alteration, and we get the pick up done, he/she can‟t ask for store credit.
Style Junkiie Returns Policy
Q1. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
At Style Junkiie we understand that you may change your mind about an item, which is why we offer a 7-day return policy. If you decide to return an item within 7 days of receipt, we will provide you with a store credit for the returned item(s) value. Please note, this store credit can only be used within 30 days of issuance.
Q2. DO YOU OFFER AN EXCHANGE?
We do not offer refunds when orders are placed as our items are specially ordered based on customer selection and availability. We also cannot accept returns after 7 days of receipt as it is past the time frame stated in our return policy.
Q3. HOW CAN I EXCHANGE/ RETURN A PRODUCT?
When returning an item to us, customers must ensure that their order has been packaged securely and adequately with all original packaging included (e.g. tags, labels, dust bags, etc.). Items must be in the same condition they were received in (i.e. unworn, unwashed, and without any smells or marks). Unfortunately, if these conditions are not met we cannot accept the return and will have to send them back to you. In such instances, all shipping costs will be covered by the customer both ways.
Please note that any items marked as final sale or discounted items are ineligible for return or exchange under our policy and therefore cannot be accepted for a refund or store credit at our discretion.
Q4. HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?
You can cancel the order placed online within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email at orders@stylejunkiie.com and request a cancellation by stating the order number and the reason for cancellation.
In terms of pre-paid cancelled orders, you can request for a credit note, post cancellation of the order which shall be valid up to a period of 1 month.
