Style Junkiie Returns Policy
Q1. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
At Style Junkiie we understand that you may change your mind about an item, which is why we offer a 7-day return policy. If you decide to return an item within 7 days of receipt, we will provide you with a store credit for the returned item(s) value. Please note, this store credit can only be used within 30 days of issuance.
Q2. DO YOU OFFER AN EXCHANGE?
We do not offer refunds when orders are placed as our items are specially ordered based on customer selection and availability. We also cannot accept returns after 7 days of receipt as it is past the time frame stated in our return policy.
Q3. HOW CAN I EXCHANGE/ RETURN A PRODUCT?
When returning an item to us, customers must ensure that their order has been packaged securely and adequately with all original packaging included (e.g. tags, labels, dust bags, etc.). Items must be in the same condition they were received in (i.e. unworn, unwashed, and without any smells or marks). Unfortunately, if these conditions are not met we cannot accept the return and will have to send them back to you. In such instances, all shipping costs will be covered by the customer both ways.
Please note that any items marked as final sale or discounted items are ineligible for return or exchange under our policy and therefore cannot be accepted for a refund or store credit at our discretion.
Q4. HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?
You can cancel the order placed online within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email at email@example.com and request a cancellation by stating the order number and the reason for cancellation.
In terms of pre-paid cancelled orders, you can request for a credit note, post cancellation of the order which shall be valid up to a period of 3 months.
